THE PROBLEM
Every day 1,000 children die from diseases related to the consumption of bad water. In developing countries, half of the schools do not have drinking water, and 3 out of 4 times it is women or children who are in charge of fetching water for their communities, traveling distances of up to 10 kilometers a day .
This unflattering panorama shows us the reality that many people live in the world, where 1 in 10 people do not have access to drinking water. How can a company contribute to change this situation?
THE SOLUTION

THE TEAM
AUARA was born in 2015, founded by Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros, Pablo Urbano and Luis de Sande. Hardened after several experiences working in NGOs in countries of extreme poverty, these three friends realized the vital importance of water in communities, and its direct relationship with the extreme poverty suffered by many countries.
No one better than themselves to tell how the company was born:
“
"Access to clean water represents an essential change in the lives of millions of people, and lays the foundation for the development of any society"
ANTONIO ESPINOSA
